Employee Engagement Initiatives
To maintain the morale of the employees, Human Resources Department conducts various engagement activities such as Annual Award Distribution Ceremony, Annual Lunch, Sports Gala and Eid get together. These initiatives help a great deal in making employees feel appreciated and also facilitates them in achieving their personal and professional goals. Hajj ballot is another employee engagement activity that OLP conducts every year and takes the privilege of sending its staff members for Holy Pilgrimage.
