ORIX Investment Bank Pakistan Limited (OIB) is a joint venture among ORIX Corporation, Japan, ORIX Leasing Pakistan Limited, International Finance Corporation, Asian Finance & Investment Corporation (an affiliate of Asian Development Bank) and three major financial institutions in Pakistan. It was incorporated as a public limited company in July 1995.

The Bank is primarily engaged in providing a range of investment banking products that include corporate advisory services, project packaging, structuring and placement of capital market debt products, issuance and discounting of bankers acceptance and treasury operations. The Company was listed on the Karachi Stock Exchange on June 16, 1996.
